The Woodland Community Center is located at 646 County Road 51. Rental fees include $75.00 to rent the facility and a refundable deposit of $125.00.
A total of $200.00 is due before you get a key.

In order to receive your deposit back, the key needs to be returned to Town Hall or dropped in Town Hall's night deposit and the center needs to be clean.
Pavilion Rental
The Woodland Area Civic Club Pavilion is located on County Road 64 beside the New Fire Department at 184 County Road 64. Please call Town Hall to reserve your date in advance. There is not a rental fee for the pavilion, but there is a charge for tables.
Table rental is $20.00 per round six-foot table which includes six chairs. Tables will not be put out for the event until they have been paid for.
Tables must be paid for 2 business days prior to the event to ensure that you will have tables!
Old Fire Department Rental
The Old Woodland Fire Department is located behind Town Hall at 120 County Road 64. Rental fees include $50.00 to rent the facility and a refundable deposit of $75. 00.
A total of $125.00 is due before you get a key.
In order to receive your deposit back, the key needs to be returned or dropped in Town Hall's night deposit and the center needs to be clean.
